“Pairing Savvy Buyers and Sellers with Proven Real Estate Professionals”

About Us

OUR MISSION

To transform the real estate industry by building a bridge of trust between real estate professionals and consumers through equipping professionals with the habits, ethics, attitudes, and knowledge of a MarketPro so that they become easily referable, highly trusted, and widely known in their community among both buyers and sellers.

WHY MARKETPROS?

We are committed to restoring the reputation of real estate professionals worldwide by providing a secure platform where consumers can know that the agents are legitimate MarketPros, whether they are looking to buy or sell real estate.

A MarketPro knows that if you look after the client and put their needs first and demonstrate your experience, knowledge, and HEART to better the client, the money will eventually come.

Money is the byproduct of how you successfully act as a licensed real estate professional.

THE DIFFERENCE

Meet MarketPros.com founder, Kerry Jayne Jackson! Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, Kerry moved to Florida after the hostile takeover of her grocery chain in 1989, Holly Home Supermarkets, where she was a Co-Owner and the Vice President of Sales and Marketing .

Kerry began her real estate career with Coldwell Banker REALTORS ® 17 years ago at the age of 40. She has since become one of the top producing REALTORS ® in the Panama City and Panama City Beach, Florida market. Kerry always strives to provide the highest possible level of service to her clients, bending over backwards and jumping through hoops if need be.

Kerry sold her book of business in 2004 to ReMax, having earned top awards in every category the year she worked with them. Not long after, Kerry launched her own boutique brokerage, “Florida Realty Experts”, where she continues to help as many clients as she can when she is not speaking to large groups about MarketPros.com. Kerry is most appreciated by her clients and colleagues for her tenacity, honesty, fairness, and tireless work ethic.

Kerry’s phone and e-mail are always at her side, as she takes great pride in her commitment to always be available to clients and other agents. Kerry is committed to the idea that relationships and communication are the keys to any successful real estate transaction. While technology is very important in today’s world, the real estate business is still a people business.

Kerry has personally sold as much as $68 million in one year and averages 50 to 60 sales per year, totalling on average $15 million. Consider that Kerry achieves these results even while living in a city with fewer than 20,000 people, 1,500 of whom are licensed real estate agents.

Kerry recently published her first book, Going from Good to Great: How to Thrive instead of Just Survive in the Real Estate Business to empower real estate professionals who have struggled to make a regular income in the real estate industry.
